Network Jack Problem

For residential students with problems with the network jack in their rooms.

A Network will schedule an appointment with the student that has a network jack issue and troubleshoots the problem. Network Technicians troubleshoot problems such as:

• Jacks falling off the wall
• Pushed-in jacks
• No signal

Residential students (does not include students living in Campus Town).
