For issues related to navigating the PAWS system or requesting transcripts. Please do not use this form for issues related to PAWS Login Issues / Authorization Errors or service loading issues. Tickets entered through this form will be sent to Records and Registration for processing and will not pass through the IT Help Desk directly.
