Media Technology Issues (Classrooms, Conference/Meeting Rooms, Group Study, etc.)

Service Description:
Request this service if you experience any problems using a media equipped space (computer/display, projector/screen, control system, audio/video hardware/software, etc.).
MTSS will dispatch a technician to the reported room to resolve the issue.
Support staff will be notified immediately during MTSS business hours:
Monday - Thursday 7am to 10pm, Friday 7am to 5pm

Eligibility:
Anyone experiencing problems in a media equipped space can request this service.
