Description: This article describes how to move a ticket from one application to another application. i.e. if you need to move a ticket from one Ticket application to another. I.e. moving a ticket from HR Ticketing to Payroll Ticketing.

After selecting the ticket that needs to be moved to another application. Select Actions-> Move To Application

Select the application that you want to “move” the ticket. i.e. if you want to move a ticket to Payroll, select Payroll Ticketing.

Enter a brief comment as to why the ticket is being moved and any appropriate information that would be helpful to the technician.
Select Move ![]()

After selecting Move a “warning” message will appear, click Ok.
|

Once the ticket has been moved a confirmation message will appear indicating that the “Service Request Moved”.
