Service Description:
Request this service to report any issues with AV equipment in residential spaces.
MTSS will dispatch a technician to the reported room to resolve the issue.
Support staff will be notified immediately during MTSS business hours:
Monday - Thursday 7am to 10pm, Friday 7am to 5pm
.
Eligibility:
Anyone experiencing problems in a media equipped space can request this service.
