This service type is for use by Human Resources supervisors and administrators ONLY, in order to request Oracle Cloud access for employees.

Any submissions of this type by Users outside of HR will be declined.

In order to request Oracle Cloud access, please click the "Request Access" button to the right.

Before requesting security role changes for any employee, make sure you have the following information:

• Employee's Full Name
• Employee's Account Username
• Employee's Email Address
• Employee's Job Title
• Employee's Extension
• Employee's Department

Please refer to the document attached to this service for questions on what each security role grants access to before starting the request.
