Service Description:
For issues related to the PAWS system that relate to
Logging-in
or the
Accessibility
of the site. Please do not use this form for issues related to PAWS Navigation or Verification Request Questions. Tickets entered through this form will be sent to
the
IT Help Desk
directly.
Eligibility:
Faculty, Staff and Students who have PAWS access. Including Alumni and Applicants.
For students who are noticing an incorrect address or are having transcript issues: please contact or visit the
