Missing Network Drive

Service Description:
If you have logged into your computer while connected to the campus network, but your network drives (H:, R:) aren't showing up for you, the Help Desk can help troubleshoot the issue.
Before requesting this service, please try restarting your computer and logging back in as momentary lapses in network connection while logging in will stop your computer from connecting to your network drives.
Eligibility:
Faculty, staff and students can submit this request.
