requesting transcripts
. Please do not use this form for issues related to PAWS Login Issues / Authorization Errors or service loading issues. Tickets entered through this form will be sent to
Records and Registration
for processing and will not pass through the IT Help Desk directly.
Eligibility:
Faculty, Staff and Students who have PAWS access. Including Alumni and Applicants.
For students who are noticing an incorrect address or are having transcript issues: please contact or visit the

For course registration issues, grade roster issues, incorrect classrooms: please contact or visit the
