File Restore Request

Recovery of deleted or otherwise missing files from shared storage (H:, R:, NOT Google Drive). Backups for files are available for the past 7 months. Files can only be restored to a version from at least the previous day as the system backs itself up overnight.

Faculty, staff and students can request file recovery services.

To request recovery of a missing file, please click the "Request Service" button to the right.

Be prepared to provide the full network path (e.g. R:\Departments\UserSupportServices\Documentation\directory.txt)  where the file was located as well as when you last saw the file.
