Service Description:
This is where you can submit a request to repair a broken TV jack. IT will dispatch a technician to troubleshoot and repair the jack
Eligibility:
All TCNJ employees and students may submit a TV jack repair request.
Get Started:
To submit a request to have a TV jack repaired, please select the Request Service button to the right.
Please also provide a picture of the jack in the "Attachments" field of the form.
