TCNJ usernames are automatically generated once someone is entered into the system and cannot be changed except under extraordinary circumstances. This is because that username is entered in separately across multiple systems in various departments that would not automatically update if it is changed in only one location.
Staff and faculty members can request an alias be created for their email addresses, an alias would be created using the following naming convention: firstname.lastname@tcnj.edu.
