Reminder: If you have never accessed your voicemail before, the default passcode is 0000 until you set one yourself.
Accessing Your Voicemail from On-Campus
From Your Phone:
Pick up the phone receiver and press the red envelope icon on the phone set; if you have any unchecked messages, you will see "__ New Voice Message" as the first option on your phone menu, or you will see "Voice Mail" as the second option if you only have saved messages in your voicemail, select the appropriate option and your phone will dial to your voicemail and guide you through checking the mailbox.
From Someone Else's Phone:
Dial extension 2222.
The system will provide instructions for accessing the voicemail assigned to the phone you are using. Instead, dial the * key. When the announcer starts talking, press the # key. Once you successfully press #, you will be prompted for your extension/mailbox number and then your voicemail password (press # after you enter your password, but not after you enter your extension).
Accessing Your Voicemail from Off-Campus
Call 609-771-2222.
When the announcer starts talking, immediately press the # key. If she completes her announcement before you press #, you need to hang-up and try again. Once you successfully press #, you will be prompted for your extension/mailbox number and then your voicemail password (press # after you enter your password, but not after you enter your extension).
