What is Print Sense, and what do I do if I need to dispute a Print Sense charge?

Print Sense is the system which monitors student use of network printers in classrooms, labs and the library. Since each student is logged into a network computer in order to print, tracking print jobs is easy and efficient. Students are charge a flat rate of five cents per page printed, and that charge shows up on the student’s bill.

Should a student need to dispute a charge (either due to a printer problem or some other reason), the student needs to send an email to explaining the situation. Be sure to include both your name and username.

More information on the Print Sense program can be found here.
