What is Print Sense, and what do I do if I need to dispute a Print Sense charge?

Print Sense is the system which monitors student use of network printers in classrooms, labs and the library. Since each student is logged into a network computer in order to print, tracking print jobs is easy and efficient. Students are charge a flat rate of five cents per page printed, and that charge shows up on the student’s bill.

Should a student need to dispute a charge (either due to a printer problem or some other reason), the student needs to send an email to printing@tcnj.edu explaining the situation. Be sure to include both your name and username.

More information on the Print Sense program can be found here.
