How do I change my password and what can I do if I'm having trouble changing it?

Changing your password is fairly simple.

First, visit http://account.tcnj.edu and click on the “Change/Manage Password” button. Note that the first time you log into this system, you will prompted to set up your security questions. Think of this as the same sort of thing that a bank does: You’re providing information that will be used to verify that you are who you say you are the next time you log on to the password system. Note that this information is internal to the system, and nobody (not even IT staff) has a way to access this information: it is entirely secure.

Once your security questions have been set, you will see a link that will allow you to change your password.

If there is any issue with your security questions, the Help Desk (609-771-2660) can clear them out for you so you can answer them again.

You can also call the Help Desk to reset your password over the phone at any time.
