1. Select “Tickets” report link then click on filter on far- right side\
2. Under filter options, change status type from 4 to all
3. Enter room # and then click search magnifying glass
4. Search for room # (example below is for 313 Eickhoff) and select /insert checked
5. Once room is selected and inserted, be sure to scroll to top of search filter and click Apply. The search will return all tickets associated with the room selected.
