The Office of Facilities Management does not maintain campus vending machines.
- Please contact Sharmaine Stevenson at 609-771-3303 or stevenss@tcnj.edu to report vending machine issues.
- This includes both broken machines and machines that may be out of product.
- Please be specific about nature of the problem and include the location of the machine and the 5 digit number listed on the CVV sticker/label.
- Refund requests should be submitted via the QR code on the machine; those seeking cash refunds should reach out to the contact listed above.
- Please be sure to include the machine number, location, dollar amount of purchase and the date/time of purchase.
