Residents who have forgotten their keys or have locked themselves out of their dorm rooms should follow the instructions below:

If you are not able to get into your room please contact
- Area Office / Hall Office (See map below for area office locations)
- 8am-12am (office staff can open your room for you)
- 12am-8am (call the CA on Duty number
Each residential area has an office that provides replacement keys
- Key-Osk (Centralized Key Office)
- 10am-12am (Eickhoff Hall 1st Floor, phone: 609-637-5507 (or x5507 from a campus phone).
If you are locked out of your room during regular Key’Osk hours a spare key can be issued by Key’Osk staff for a maximum 24 hours. After 24 hours an administrative lock change will be executed for security purposes. A valid TCNJ ID is needed for confirmation; if your ID is not available, staff can validate your identity through alternate means.
