Broken or malfunctioning residential laundry machines should be reported to Residential Education and Housing via their
Broken Washer and Dryer Form; the form can also be accessed from the Residential Education and Housing webpage.
Once the form is submitted, Residential Education and Housing will notify their contractor, Caleco Laundry Services. Machines are typically repaired typically in 3-4 business days from receipt of the report.
