I cannot enter the PAWS website, because everytime I enter my password and username I get the error message “Logon failed as the language you have selected is not enabled for this database.”

There has been an issue with users using different languages on their computers & not being able to log onto PAWS. We have located a .pdf instruction document which should be able to help. It is posted as a file to the right side of this page.
