For Canon supplies (toner and staples), you will need to contact Canon’s National Services Dispatch at 800-355-1385 and select option 2. You will need to provide the following information:
- Serial number of the Canon MFP (found under the copier lid of the machine)
- Model number of the Canon MFP
- Contact person name and phone number (that’d be you)
- Location of your office (department, building and room)
Note that if you need paper for your unit, that should be ordered through your department’s office supply process.
