Setting up the TCNJ Email Signature

Follow these steps

  1. Click on Settings
  2. Select "See all settings"
  3. Scroll down to signature section and click "+ Create New"
  4. Name the signature and then click "Create"
  5. Open a new browser window and go to
  6. Copy the entire signature including the space above the horizontal line
  7. Paste the signature into the text box editor
  8. Type in your information
  9. You may select the button for “Insert this signature before quoted text in replies and remove the “–” line that precedes it.”
  10. Select the Save Changes button at the bottom

Note: This signature will show up no matter what computer (on or off campus) you are using to access your TCNJ email. However if you use an email client, this signature will not carry over.
