There can be events, such as a paper jam, that could prevent your print job from being printed after releasing it and getting charged. In these situation, you can request a refund by explaining the situation that IT can investigate.
A refund can be requested via the Print Sense Login at TCNJ’s Print Sense web page (https://printsense.tcnj.edu/user). Click the My Account, Print Sense Login. Enter your TCNJ login credentials (Username and Password) and click Log In to access your account information. Select Recent Print Jobs. Select request refund on the right of the print job. Complete the Reason for Request and select Send.
Please note that this does not cover scenarios where you send and release the wrong document. If you make a mistake in what you print, it is your responsibility to cover the cost for that mistake.
