How do I change my password and what can I do if I'm having trouble changing it?

Changing Your Password

• First, visit the TCNJ Account Manager website and click on the “Change/Manage Password” button.
• Note that the first time you log into this system, you will prompted to set up your security questions. Think of this as the same sort of thing that a bank does: You’re providing information that will be used to verify that you are who you say you are the next time you log on to the password system.
• Note that this information is internal to the system, and nobody (not even IT staff) has a way to access this information: it is entirely secure. 
• Once your security questions have been set, you will see a link that will allow you to change your password.

• If there is any issue with your security questions, the Help Desk (609-771-2660) can clear them out for you so you can answer them again.

  You can also call the Help Desk to reset your password over the phone at any time.
