If you receive calls while you're in a video meeting, and wish for your Zoom phone not to ring while in said meeting, follows these steps to turn off the notification setting:
1. Open your Zoom desktop app. In the top right corner, click on your account icon.
2. Next, from the drop down, select "settings"
3. From there, on the left hand side, select "Notifications and sounds"
4. Scroll down, and make sure that the toggle next to "Hide incoming phone calls during meetings" is turned on
