How to Renew a Generic Account

TCNJ generic accounts, both computer logins and email, expire every year if they are not renewed by the listed manager. When an account is coming up on its expiration, the manager of the account will receive emails letting them know about it 90, 30, 15, 7, and 1 day(s) prior to that date.

To renew a generic account, simply go to the TCNJ Identity Access system and log in with your TCNJ email address and password. From there, go to the "Application" tab.
