Moving Your Phone to a New Desk/Office

***PLEASE NOTE: MOVING YOUR PHYSICAL PHONE UNIT TO A NEW LOCATION DOES NOT MOVE YOUR EXTENSION WITH IT AND WILL DISRUPT SERVICE***

All move requests, from physical equipment to phone extensions, must start with completing the Facilities move request form via the "Submit a Move Request" button below.  This ensures that campus users have a single point of contact for the status of the move and that the various TCNJ service providers are informed of the move request and have a centralized process to follow to ensure a successful move. 

Once the "Moving" request is submitted, a team member from TCNJ Facilities will contact you for any additional information needed for the move.  The requested information is critical to ensure that your upcoming move is successful, so please provide as much information as possible.  Following receipt of all of the necessary information, the Facilities team member will then schedule & coordinate with Telecommunications and Information Technology to ensure that the teams are available for the move.
