To maintain consistency with our shared storage policy, the creation of Google Shared Drives are upon request only through the IT Help Desk.
Data storage location recommendations:
- On Campus: Research files, large video/image files, large graphic files
- Google My Drive: Non-collaborative business files
- Google Shared Drive: Documents or files that need to be shared with others
