How to Set up Canon eFaxing

IT has set up a way for Users to have eFaxing capabilities through our Canon printer service.

A Support Specialist will first need to configure your Canon printer for allowing eFax through the fax number associated with one. To submit a request to have your department's network printer/fax configured for eFaxing, click here.

Once your Canon printer is configured for eFax, you will have the ability to either fax documents directly from your computer or use a scanner attached to your computer to scan and send documents to other fax lines. With this setup, faxes that are sent to you will appear in a designated TCNJ Gmail inbox that you provide. This can be to your personal inbox, a department generic account, or even a Google Group that will then send a copy to all of its members.

If your Canon has been configured to support eFax, please refer to the instructions attached to this article that are appropriate for your operating system (either "Sending Fax from TCNJ Canon-PC" or "Sending Fax from TCNJ Canon-Mac") on how to set up eFax on your computer.
