Wireless Device Issues

Service Description:
For issues related to your TCNJ issued wireless device. Not for requesting assistance getting your device on the wireless network.
  • To report non-functioning wireless equipment (iPads, Tablets, etc): not for desktops or laptops
  • For issues relating to the functionality of the device
  • Issues with software and hardware on your device
Eligibility:
Faculty & staff who have TCNJ (not personal) issued devices may request assistance.
