Password Reset Requested

Service description:

IT can assist with resetting the password for your account (personal, departmental, group, etc)

Features & Benefits:

  • password reset to help solve account access problems
  • new passwords will expire every 180 days (generic accounts - department, groups, etc. do not currently expire)

Eligibility:

TCNJ employees & students can request assistance with resetting account passwords

Get started:

To request assistance with a password reset, please choose the "Request Service" button to the right

Password resets may only be requested by the owner of the account. For department and student group accounts, this means the account owner/group advisor.
