After Hours Support

The IT Help Desk provides technical support during the following hours.
Monday - Thursday:  7:30AM - 9PM
Friday:                         7:30AM - 5PM
Saturday & Sunday:  Closed
 
If you require IT assistance outside of these operating hours, please follow the instructions below.
 
To report an IT emergency or critical service disruption outside of normal operating hours, please call (609)-771-2345 to be connected with the Campus Police Dispatch Desk. A member of our IT Team will be contacted. 
 
For non-emergency IT issues, such as password resets, shared drive access, software installations, equipment moves, guest access, and so forth, please wait to contact the IT Help Desk during normal operating hours.
