We get a lot of calls like this. More often than not, it’s simply a matter of knowing how the system works:
1. Touch the screen to turn on the system. This activates the microphones and will allow you to select your video source. The projector does not turn on at this time. Notice that on the touch screen it says “NO SOURCE” in the upper right hand corner.
2. Select a video source to display on the projector. (For the computer, press the PC button, located on the left side of the touch screen near the bottom) This will turn on both projectors, as well as lower the shades and adjust the lighting in the room. Notice it then says “PC” where it previously said “NO SOURCE”
