Adding Purchasing Module To Your Desktop. (One Time Only)

Open TDNext and Select the waffle menu

Select the Facilities Purchasing icon

Editing the Purchasing Module Desktop (One Time Only)

Select “Edit Facilities Purchasing Desktop”

Select “Edit Layout”
|

Choose a layout by clicking on your preferred layout. For this example, please select the 100% layout option

Under the Available Content start typing the name of the report you want to add. In this example start typing “A. Open” doing so will list all reports matching the search criteria.
Drag the report to Column 1

Click Save

Creating a New Request

To Open a New Purchasing Request, Select “+ Facilities & Police Purchase Request”
|

Enter the appropriate information for the request
|

After entering the appropriate information and attaching relevant documents Select Save. *

Adding Attachments to a Service Request
- Within the Service Request form, there is an option to add an attachment. Click browse and upload the applicable doc.

- Additional documents can be added after requesting service. Once you submit the request, you will be given the option to view the request you just created.

You can select either the Add Attachment button or the “+” to add as many attachments as needed. You can also drag and drop attachments in the attachments section.
