There are several ways to search for tickets 1) Search by ticket #, 2) Using the Filter
1) Searching for tickets if the ticket # is known. (If you know the ticket # you can use the “Search or enter an ID” located on the upper right of the Desktop application.)
2) Searching for tickets using the filter (Although you will be primarily managing tickets using the Desktop view there may be occasions that you can’t locate a ticket and will need to use the Filter).
1.Click on the Ticketing Application that you would like to search (i.e. Facilities)
2.Click on Tickets
3.Click on Filter Icon on Far Right

4.Enter Search Criteria & Select Apply

Using “Saved” Filters
After selecting the filter criteria you can “save” the filter for quick reference.
1.Click on the Save Search
2.Name the search under Save As
3.Click Save
To Retrieve a “Saved” Search, click on “My Saved Searches” and select the appropriate search.
