Why was my email account locked?

If your email account was locked, it’s possible that hackers or other cyber criminals were able to gain access to your username and password. Remember that TCNJ Information Technology will never ask for your password via email, and always communicates systems or account changes in advance.

You will need to contact the Help Desk by telephone (609-771-2660) so that we can change your email account’s password to something new, and have your account unlocked.
