What are support specialists, and how do I find out who mine is?


Support specialists are User Support Services staff who are assigned to various departments (academic and administrative) around campus. Each specialist is responsible for the needs of several departments. They help with specialized software/equipment issues that are unique to your department. They work with your chair, dean or director when it’s time for budgeting and ordering new equipment or software for your area.
