Returning Canon Toner Cartridges

Our contract with Canon includes auto ordering for when toner is low in your department's Canon MFP. However, you will need to go to their website to request a return label for the old toner cartridge.

You will want to start by going to this Canon website for laser toner recycling and entering in your return shipping information/address. Once your information is entered, confirm that you head read and agree with the Canon U.S.A. Laser Consumable Return Program, then click "NEXT: REVIEW INFO"

For the "Printer Type" dropdown menu, you will be able to find the series of printer that your office has by checking the printer itself.

On the next page you will be asked to confirm the information you just provided. If there are any changes you would like to make, click the "Edit Information" button in the top-right of the review section. Otherwise, click the "GET PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL" button underneath the review section.

You will now be given the return label with the option to print it out to the right of the "Return Label" title. Also make sure to review the "packaging and shipping instructions" linked underneath the return label to see the instructions for proper packaging of the toner cartridge. 

Once you have printed the label and affixed it to the properly packaged toner, you will want to follow your office's procedure for sending UPS packages.
