The following is a guide for adjusting audio settings related to the ringer output for Zoom phone.

Zoom Settings: Having calls ring through speaker while headset is plugged in

There are 2 different Zoom profile settings screens.

Profile 1

1. Open your Zoom profile by clicking on the icon in the upper right of your Zoom workspace.

2. Select Audio

3. Select “Use separate audio device

4. Select appropriate Speaker from drop down

 

 

Profile 2

1. Open your Zoom profile by clicking on the icon in the upper right of your Zoom workspace.
