To ensure the security of TCNJ accounts and data, the IT Help Desk will only change the password for an account if a user is unsuccessful in using the self-service password reset process. Upon contacting the IT Help Desk, users will be required to join a video conference call and provide an approved form of identification if an in person visit is not possible.
