Making calls using Rainbow while working remotely

In order to best support TCNJ employees who are working away from their desk, whether that be in another office space or remotely, the college has subscribed to the service Rainbow, by Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. This program will allow staff and faculty members to make phone calls through their computers or mobile phones using their TCNJ office number instead of their personal phone lines.

Important Note: Not all TCNJ employees are registered with the Rainbow application. If you are interested in the service and would like to learn if you can use it, contact the IT Help Desk.

The initial setup of Rainbow must be done through Google Chrome (TCNJ and Rainbow's preferred browser) once you receive your invite email. Setting up the mobile app on your smart phone is similar to setting up Rainbow in your web browser (search for "ALE Rainbow" in the App Store or Google Play store, or visit on your mobile browser to get a link to the download).
